FORDIA Plate packing film
Plate packing Film is the preferred choice for machinery such as Heidelberg, Manroland, KBA, and Komori. This film is not only widely used in offset printing operations but also meets the requirements of high-speed rotary presses.
Composed of dimensionally stable, anti-expansion polyester film, it features a specially developed formula that withstands high temperatures due to the balanced shear force and adhesive backing. The innovative micro-groove structure on the adhesive surface helps eliminate dirt particles during installation. The film consists of polyester and polyurethane layers.
FORDIA Film offers a high-dimensional stability. The thickness tolerance is low. The composition of the material has extremely high swelling resistance to wetting solutions and cleaning agents, showing less tendency to breakage. It has a good breaking strength and can be used again. It is very resistant to the swelling caused by moisturizing solutions and cleaning agents.
Usage Method: Apply it to the plate cylinder surface to protect the cylinder and adjust printing pressure.
